66 Of The Longest Celebrity Marriages And Relationships
Because love isn't dead, see?
There's a certain stereotype in Hollywood when it comes to famous couples.
Essentially, it's that their relationships don't last very long. Celebrity marriages have been known to end after a mere 72 days after all and, all too often, relationships that people look to as examples of love (like Channing and Jenna Dewan Tatum and Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie) dissolve, leaving fans questioning if love exists.
However, there are some who have survived, couples who have made it last in Hollywood - where your relationship is open for all to see and air their opinions on, where punishing tour and film production schedules can see you living apart on different continents for months on end and where you have to watch what you say about each other in public before they're turned into news snippets.
Who are these couples, you ask?
Take a look at these 70 couples for inspiration and reassurance that romance is not dead.
Kate Middleton And Prince William
Middleton and Prince William started a romance nine years before the Duke popped the question in 2010, during a trip to Kenya with friends.
He presented the now Duchess of Cambridge with his late mother Princess Diana's sapphire and diamond engagement ring.
Of the engagement ring, Prince William told ITV: I had been carrying [the ring] around in my rucksack for about three weeks before [the proposal].
'Everywhere I went, I was keeping ahold of it, cause I knew if this thing disappeared, I'd be in a lot of trouble.'
The pair married in 2011 at Westminster Abbey, with Middleton donning an ivory silk tulle Alexander McQueen wedding dress.
