Chrissy Teigen already celebrated John Legend achieving EGOT status at the Creative Arts Emmys just last week. Tonight, they're back for the Primetime Emmys, where Legend is nominated for Jesus Christ Superstar. The two look as good as ever on the carpet, Legend in a black suit while Teigen chose a Zuhair Murad couture silver column gown.
During their E! red carpet interview, Teigen took the chance to poke fun at her husband a little. She was asked whether there's anything Legend can't do, and Teigen had quite an answer. "I wish you would have written me this before," she started. "I would’ve had a laundry list. Oh my gosh, he’s very bad at games where you need speed. Like any kind, where you have to think really quickly, he thinks too long. So no Pictionary, no Scattergories."
"I'm slower than I should be," Legend conceded. "I'm good at guessing, but I'm slow at giving clues..."
Legend is nominated tonight for lead actor in a limited series or movie, while the entire production and Legend's fellow cast mates have 12 other nominations. Here's hoping Teigen will tweet something funny about being at the ceremony once it's inevitably a couple hours in and starting to drag.
