Among the many glamorous official photos and social media snaps from Oscars' after parties that we enjoyed perusing with a strong coffee on a Monday morning, there were actually several missing.

Another super high-profile post-Academy Awards bash was held in Tinseltown on Sunday night, hosted by power couple Beyoncé and Jay-Z, but the details were kept incredibly hush-hush.

Very little is known about the super private event, apart from some celebrity guests sharing that they attended and some sources sharing small bits of information.

One couple who confirmed that they attended was Chrissy Teigen and John Legend. After firstly attending the Vanity Fair Oscars party, there was a quick outfit change and then they made their way to venue number two.

Addressing Beyoncé directly, Teigen thanked the 'Formation' singer for the invite and also explained her very understanding reason for not being the biggest conversation starter at the party.

'Beyoncé if there is any any way you're reading this please just know I stare at you and don't talk because I am truly so nervous to say something stupid, but we love you and thank you so much!' Teigen wrote on Instagram.

Also in attendance was Reese Witherspoon - who formed a new bond with Bey and Jay after asking them for a glass of their own champagne at this year's Golden Globes - who said on Instagram that only Beyoncé could get her out of the house past 11pm.

Us too, Reese. Us too.

Kylie Jenner was another star who wore two outfits on Oscars night, changing from Ralph & Russo at the Vanity Fair party into a red silk crepe off-the-shoulder Vivienne Westwood Couture dress with a side slit for Beyoncé's party.

At the bash, Jenner reunited with her ex-boyfriend and father to daughter Stormi, Travis Scott who was also reportedly at the party.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West plus Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian also joined the party.

Adele was another guest who graced the evening with her presence. The 'Hello' singer is close with Beyoncé, famously declaring her 2017 Grammy should have been awarded to Bey. The Destiny's Child star also revealed that she and Jay-Z attended Adele's birthday party last year in an end of year roundup on Instagram.

Adele's presence at the event was confirmed by Polish presenter Kinga Rusin who shared a photo from the night with Adele who was wearing a leopard-print high neck dress.

As if Adele and Beyoncé's presence in one room wasn't enough female singing greatness, Rihanna also reportedly joined. The Fenty designer shared a picture of herself ahead of the party wearing a stunning Alexandre Vauthier dramatic black mini dress.

According to E! News, Natalie Portman and husband Benjamin Millepied, Charlize Theron, Sean 'Diddy' Combs, Jessica Alba and Kris Jenner were also there.

Sources told the outlet the party was themed as a homage to both Beyoncé and Jay-Z's hometowns of Houston and Brooklyn. Both of the artists' songs were played throughout the night and when Bey sang her own lyrics, 'everyone was around her, and bowing down to her' - which only seems fitting.
